RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
1. In-stock orders
In-stock sticks can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Conditions:
- The product must be new and unused
- The stick must not have been cut or taped
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Delivery costs (initial shipping and return) are the responsibility of the customer
Once the stick is received, it will be inspected to confirm that it has not been used or modified.
If everything is compliant, a refund will be issued for the amount of the stick.
Important:
No refund will be given if the stick shows signs of use, tape, or if it has been cut.
Cancellation - in-stock orders
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund (including delivery) before shipment.
Cancellation requests must be made via the "Cancel Order" button in the confirmation email.
An order can no longer be cancelled once it has been shipped.
2. Custom Orders
As custom sticks are manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g., name, number, preferences), they are not eligible for returns.
Cancellation - Custom Orders
Custom orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
After this 7-day period, any cancellation request will be subject to raw material fees equivalent to 50% of the cost of each stick (excluding shipping).
