Delivery Fees
Delivery is free on all orders over CAD $249.
For orders below this amount, delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Order tracking
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped so that you can track the delivery in real time.
Custom Orders
Custom sticks are made to order and require a production time before shipping.
The production time is indicated directly in the configurator's approval box, followed by a standard delivery time.
