Warranty, returns, and claims

Warranty

All VZN sticks are covered by a 30-day manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.

If a stick purchased from vznhockey.com breaks due to a manufacturing defect during this period, you are eligible for a one-time replacement in the form of a gift card.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

In some cases, the damaged stick will need to be returned for inspection, at the customer's expense.

Important Notice:

  • Any claim showing signs of abuse, misuse, or modification of the stick will be denied
  • The warranty is limited to one replacement per stick purchased

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new, unused, and unmodified stick within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • The stick must not have been cut
  • The stick must not have been used or taped
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Shipping costs (to and from) are the responsibility of the customer

No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use or modification.

Personalized Products

Since personalized sticks are made to your specifications, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

All sales of personalized products are final.

Sticks will only need to be returned if the photos provided are not sufficient for analysis.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your claim to be processed.
